Neshat & Arsam were married in the mids of February in a truly Persian ceremony at the Penns Landing Hyatt. There was Sofreh (Persian spread complete with mirror, candles, cookies), grinding of the Kalleh Ghand (crystalized cones of sugar) and the couple fed honey to each other. Bjork's song 'Unravel' played at the processional gave me chills, and added such unique touch to the otherwise traditional ceremony. There was no sweeter & more amazing couple this February! They kept gazing at each other with such lovely feeling, that even all the baklava, sugar cones and honey dipped fingers fell short!
