A while ago I made a promise to show more images from our fantastic photo shoot in a beautiful Victorian home.. Enjoy!
This shoot was an exciting entree into a new creative venture called FrouFrouFoxes BedtimeStories, which is an artistic collaboration between fine artist and stylist Beverley Pattenden and myself (Monika). More than just a pleasant day with Margaux and Jim!

Shooting at a venue like the fabulous Pleasantdale Chateau a photographer has the full right to anticipate a great day. Add a fantastic, relaxed, fun and gorgeous looking couple like Margaux and Jim to te mix and you simply can't go wrong! There was ofcourse a bit of a hold up (because nothing ever goes completely as planned with wedding days - that's simply the way it is. The limo transporting our bride got stuck in the worst traffic on NJ Turnpike because of all the sport fans rushing to two different games that were starting around the same time our ceremony was supposed to begin. However, that little bit of suspense did not affect anybody's mood at all. Enjoying the perfect weather during the day, amazing personalities of the couple and their bridal party members myself, Robin Roemer and David Lim created the following images:



































































Margaux and Jim, your reception was so much fun in a gorgeous setting, your family and friends were beyond friendly, your whole day was perfect from beginning to end but most of all the two of you were absolutely the best! Thank You so much for allowing us to capture your special day!

Shooting Jamie and Jeff around New York!

Jamie and Jeffrey live in Canada. They decided to travel to New York for their wedding. I had a pleasure and honor to be selected for photographing their special session the day before the wedding. Making pictures with Jane + Graham!

Jane & Graham, who are getting married in May in New York City braved the early spring chilly weather, and joined me for a stroll through SoHo... I had a blast, loved spending some time with these two, and was totally in awe of their fashion sense (and jumping skills :). Jane & Graham, you're fun & can't wait for the wedding!

Arizona...I have seen a falling star!

Hearing (merely a few weeks ago!) about Tiffany & David's wedding plans was like an adrenaline shot! Getting married on the slope of Bell Rock sounded like a wonderful idea. Yet, the real thing still exceeded my expectations! Fantastic couple, absolutely gorgeous setting and possibly the most perfect weather. You simply can'tgo wrong! Indeed, on the last night of my stay I did see a falling star and oh yes I made a wish - not just one ;) Arizona wedding planners - I am shouting out to you - if you want to refer a cool photographer please do not hesitate to pass my name around :) Having spent the past eight years of my life on East Coast no wonder I am totally in love with your country!
