Yet another claim to fame for Lauren & Tim!

Last night upon our return from another crazy shooting weekend there was an awesome surprise! Crinkled, tired and stained ups box carefully propped up by the front door containing 3 copies of the latest Knot magazine, NJ edition.

Lauren & Tim, very creative couple we shot last August at Grounds For Sculpture was selected and featured in the Real Weddings sections of the publication! You can see some more of them here:

Celebrating Amanda & Nate, July 4th!

July 4, Independence Day for USA is the 185th day of the year (186th in leap years) in the Gregorian calendar. There are 180 days remaining until the end of the year. Aphelion, the point in the year when the Earth is furthest from the Sun, occurs around this date.
Independence Day is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals, picnics, concerts, baseball games and other such events. Even though we didn't get to taste grilled goodness and watch fireworks this year, we had much fun documenting the wedding day of Amanda & Nate.

Something to be said for vending machines :)

Awesome and beautiful bride Amanda:

Our 'own' fireworks:

I just loved the symbolic meaning of that 'lost and found' sign in the corner of the church lobby ...

Spotted a 'patriotic' element, yaay!

The reception took place at Normandy Farms in Blue Bell, PA:

Nature, nature, nature!!

OK, this cake was displayed in the real farm silo.

Alexis and Mark in wonderland !

I think the contest for our most popular venue this season has been closed ! We went to Grounds for Sculpture so many times! Luckily for us, the 30+ acres of artwork provide so much inspiration and explode with so many ideas that it is quite easy to privide different coverage each time. Of course not to mention our fantastic couples, who each time are distinctively different, always easy going, fun to work with and most of all... good looking ! I also have mention a few words about my team for Alexis and Mark's wedding: the awesome Robin Roemer and my new secret weapon, Mr David Lim ! What we have created during one of the hottest days of this summer, July 12:

Mark, ready to go 'chillin' in the hotel minutes away from seeing his bride for the first time on their wedding day:

Alexis, ready to get married and see her groom:

The ceremony was held at the 'Nine Muses':

For the culmination of the day we joined Mark and Alexis at the reception with beautiful center pieces and fantastic lighting:

Alexis and Mark - Thank You so much for letting us be a part of your day, bravely enduring the heat and being a great sport about all our crazy photo suggestions :)
